Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 17 September 2026

PartyinaPDF wants everyone to be able to browse, buy and use our party printables, whatever tools or abilities they use. We are a small business and we are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA on partyinapdf.com.

What we have done so far

  • A single, clear main heading on every page and a logical heading order beneath it
  • Descriptive alternative text on product and blog images
  • Clear, plain-language labels on our contact form and checkout
  • Keyboard-navigable menus, buttons and links, with visible focus states
  • Sufficient color contrast for text and buttons
  • Pages that adapt to phone, tablet and desktop screens and to browser zoom up to 200%

Our digital products

Our products are sold as PDF, JPEG and PNG files designed to be printed. They are visual by nature — banners, signs, game cards and activity sheets — and most are not tagged for screen readers. If you need help choosing a product, or want to check whether a particular file will work for you before buying, email us and we will help. Our Help & Printing Guides explain each file type in plain language.

Known limitations

  • Some older product mockups and blog images may still have missing or incomplete alternative text; we are updating them as we find them
  • The party-style quiz relies on clicking image-based options; a text-only version is on our list
  • Third-party embeds (for example social-media feeds) are controlled by their providers and may not meet the same standard
