If you have a PartyinaPDF account, your purchases are saved in your order history and can be re-downloaded at any time. No expiry.

The thank-you page has a direct download button. It’s the fastest way to get your files. If you accidentally close it, no worries — your download link is also in your confirmation email.

Find your confirmation email
📧 Look for an email from PartyinaPDF
A confirmation email is sent to the address you used at checkout. It arrives within 1–2 minutes and contains your download link.
🔍 Not seeing it? Check these folders
Sometimes emails land in unexpected places. Try: Spam / Junk, Promotions (Gmail), or Other (Outlook). Search for “PartyinaPDF” to find it fast.
📬 What the email looks like
Subject line: “Your PartyinaPDF Order is Ready 🎉” — from hello@partyinapdf.com. It will contain a large “Download Your Files” button.

Double-check that you used the correct email address at checkout. If the problem persists, contact us here with your order number and we’ll sort it out right away.
3. Click and save

Tap or click the orange “Download Your Files” button. You’ll be taken to a secure download page. Your browser will begin downloading automatically.
💾 Save to a folder you’ll remember
When your browser asks where to save the file, choose a spot like your Desktop or a folder called “Party Files”. Avoid your Downloads folder — it’s easy to lose things there.
📦 Some kits come as a ZIP file
Larger bundles may download as a .zip archive containing multiple files. On Mac: double-click to unzip. On Windows: right-click → “Extract All.” Once unzipped, you’ll see your PDFs inside.
📎 What files will I receive?
Most kits include PDF files. Some include editable versions in additional formats. Here’s a quick breakdown:
The main print-ready file. Works with any PDF reader on any device.
🎨 PNG
High-resolution image files. Useful if you want to use designs digitally.
✏️ Canva Link
Some editable kits include a Canva template link for customization.
4. Getting it open
Open the PDF on your device
💻 On a computer (Mac or Windows)
Double-click the PDF file. It will open in your default PDF viewer — usually Preview on Mac or Adobe Reader / Edge on Windows. Both work perfectly for printing.
📱 On a phone or tablet
Tap the downloaded file in your browser downloads or Files app. It will open in your built-in PDF viewer. You can also send it to yourself via email to print later from a computer.
☁️ Save to Google Drive or iCloud for easy access
Upload your PDF to Google Drive or iCloud and you can access and re-print it from any device, anytime — even years later.
💡 Don’t have a PDF reader?
Download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free — it works on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android. It’s the gold standard for printing PDFs with crisp, accurate colors.

Print settings for the best results

With the PDF open, press Ctrl + P (Windows) or ⌘ + P (Mac). On mobile, tap the share icon and choose “Print.”
⚙️ Use these recommended settings
For the sharpest, most colorful results, match these settings in your print dialog:
Paper Size: US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) Most kits or A4 EU/AU
Orientation: Portrait — unless the file is landscape (it will look obvious)
Scale / Fit: Fit to Page Best — avoids cropping edges
Color: Color (not Grayscale) Required
Quality: Best or High Quality Recommended
Margins: None or Minimum Best — prevents white borders cutting off designs
Two-sided: Single-sided Default unless specified in kit instructions

Take your PDF to a local print shop like FedEx/Kinkos, Staples, CVS, or Walmart Photo. For the sharpest results, request color laser printing on cardstock. Most prints cost under $1 per page.

Once you’ve purchased a kit, it’s yours forever. Log into your PartyinaPDF account, go to My Orders, and download your files again at any time — no repurchase needed. Print as many copies as you want for personal use.

My download link isn’t working. What do I do?
First, try copying the link from your email and pasting it directly into a browser instead of clicking it. Some email clients can corrupt links.
If that doesn’t work, log into your account → My Orders → click the download button from there. If you’re still stuck, contact us with your order number and we’ll re-send your files right away.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email. Help!
Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders first — our emails sometimes end up there. Search your inbox for “PartyinaPDF” or “hello@partyinapdf.com”.
If you used PayPal, the confirmation may have been sent to your PayPal email address instead of the one you typed at checkout. Check that inbox too.
Still nothing? Reach out to us with your name and the email you used — we’ll find your order and resend everything.
My PDF is printing blurry or the colors look wrong. How do I fix it?
This is almost always a printer settings issue, not the file. Try these fixes: 1) Set quality to “Best” or “High” in your print dialog, 2) Make sure you’re printing in Color (not Grayscale), and 3) Try “Fit to Page” to avoid any scaling issues.
For the crispest results, use a color laser printer instead of inkjet — laser printing produces sharper text and more vibrant colors on party items. Your local FedEx or Staples uses laser printers.
Can I print on cardstock instead of regular paper?
Yes — and we actually recommend it for banners, signs, game cards, and anything you want to feel sturdy. Use 65lb–110lb cardstock for the best results. Most home printers handle cardstock up to about 90lb.
For heavier cardstock, take the file to a print shop. Ask for 80lb or 100lb cardstock with color laser printing and the results will look professional.
How many times can I download and print my kit?
Unlimited! Once you purchase a kit, you can download it and print it as many times as you like for personal use. Print one copy, print fifty — go for it.
Your files are saved in your account under My Orders, so you can always come back and re-download even if you delete the files from your computer.
I’m on a phone/tablet and can’t figure out how to print. What should I do?
The easiest route: email the PDF to yourself and open it on a computer for printing. Alternatively, save it to Google Drive or iCloud, then access it from a desktop browser and print from there.
If you have AirPrint on iPhone/iPad (most home printers support it), tap the Share icon in your PDF viewer → tap Print → select your printer. It works surprisingly well!
